Fragrance Oils

One of the major difference between essential oils and fragrance oil is that fragrance oils are synthetically created. This results in the lack of natural healing properties that essential oils offer. Fragrance oils are often used frequently due to its ability to be easily manipulated to create any aroma.

is done by hydrolyzing. Hydrolyzing means to break down a compound, fat or oil, by chemical reaction (alkali) with water. In this process, the fat and hydroxide are heated up to 80- 100 degrees Celsius. Unlike the cold process, the exact measurements are not needed.
