History of Soap- Part 2

Did you know that ancient Romans used a tool called a “strigil” to bathe with? A strigil was made out of metal and was used to scrape off dirt and oil. Ancient Romans would massage oil into their skin and then remove the oil and dirt with a strigil. The use of a strigil sounds a bit rough, but it’s not so different from what most of us do today when we shower. We soap and a loofah, or shower sponge to help remove the dirt and oil.

Fivesso is excited to announce that we are launching our crowdfunding soon. The crowdfunding will help us fund for marketing and production. Please give us lots of support as we would love to produce an all-natural, organic, premium coffee soap bar for everyone to benefit from and enjoy!
