The Benefits of Peppermint Oil- part 4

Did you think that was the last of peppermint oil? Nope! Peppermint oil can also help with your digestion.

How does it work? For those who have problems with their digestion system, adding a few drops of peppermint oil into a glass of water after eating, can help with the flow of your digest system. Peppermint oil can help prevent gas from forming in your digestive system, therefore reducing excessive gas. This reduction will help your stomach calm down and improve the flow of bile, which then helps you digest fats. Because of this calming effect, peppermint oil can also help with nausea.

Peppermint oil can also help with dental care. Using its antiseptic property peppermint oil can help reduce bad breath and fight off germs in your mouth!
